Payment of fees is the responsibility and obligation of the patient. Insurance companies have variable deductibles and reimbursement schedules, so recovery of insurance payments is between you and your insurance company.

House Calls:
It is preferable to see patients in the office where there are optimum supplies and equipment for patient care. However, the doctor will make house calls by special arrangement to established patients who are disabled and live in the vicinity. No emergencies or potential admissions should be evaluated by a house call. In these circumstances, it is best for you to proceed to the Emergency Room via the police or private ambulance while notifying our office.
Hospitalization:
Patients requiring hospitalization are admitted to either New York Downtown Hospital or St. Vincents Hospital and Medical Center of New York, where Dr. Quraishi has admitting privileges.
